Each hospital and health care facility sets their own rules and regulations regarding delivery. In most cases, we are required to deliver to the hospital's flower room where hospital staff will deliver your gift directly to the patient.

In some cases, patients in the CCU or ICU units may not be permitted to receive flowers. When patients are not allowed to receive gifts, we will deliver to the nurse's station or hold the order until the patient is release from the ICU/CCU unit.

When sending maternity flowers, please use only the name of the mother as the recipient on your order form.

When sending to hospital staff, please note the department they work in and their normal hours of employment on the day of delivery.
